ROOM: Liked it, would have preferred view of tower but I guess you had to pay more, still liked where i was, on floor 27 Think though that there should be bottled water and fridge in room. Could not sort temperature but was ok opening window. Asked about safe, they came up straight away and showed me how to sort it. So im sure if i asked about a/c they would have sent someone,. Shower was lovely and powerful, Location: Super, near museums, start of bus tours, definitely would recommend staying in this area. Breakfast: Loved the scrambled eggs and pancakes, cold meats etc. The one thing not sure if its in Germany or every other country, but the milk not as nice as Ireland. 3rd morning was very busy so sign was up to go upstairs, liked that cos it was quieter but still had everything. Rooftop, i do believe when you are staying there, that should be free, Paid €6 each to go up there, wouldve gone more times only for this. Was there for the sunset, it was beautiful.

I had a super time in Berlin and the parkinn was an excellent place to stay. It's so central for shops and public transport. The hotel was very busy but the room was quiet nonetheless. I paid for breakfast which was probably overpriced but it was convenient, tasty and filling and kept me going until the evening. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. As I was leaving, the lady at guest services was telling me how the building was an old GDR building and the rooms were built when everyone was allowed 9m squared per person. It would have been good to learn the history of the building. Maybe it should be displayed somewhere for guests to read if they are interested.

Ultracenter, incredibly convenient transport spot, a million shops and interesting places nearby, plus this is the tallest building in Berlin, and you will definitely like the view from the window. Self check-in, eight high-speed elevators for a thousand rooms, excellent soundproofing, the room has everything except a refrigerator (some rooms have one). There is a coffee machine, and you can ask for a kettle at the reception. The windows do not open for safety reasons, but there are no problems with ventilation. An unique hotel in beautiful Berlin!

Location is excellent, lots of entrances & exits for the underground train system and the tram lines are directly across from the hotel. Loads of cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was small but compact and had all we needed - maybe with the addition of a kettle it would be even better, it took the coffee maker too long to boil up water for cups of tea. Bed was very comfortable and temperature in the room was great. Bathroom was clean and bedding changed every other day - which we opted for. Great hotel for exploring the city.

To be fair, we're a family of four and did not want to book separate rooms. Ended up staying in the Sky Suite and the room was large, high ceilings and a great view. Not sure if the regular rooms are the same. Enjoyed the Sky lounge where breakfast and tea is served. Enjoyed free pass to the lookout deck on floor 39. Nice bathroom and good water pressure except on one morning. Hot water at tap and shower is available and do not have to wait too long. Easy access to train and underground. Decent eating joints around the area.
